Log-In and Password Help
How can I change my password?

You can change your password at any time by editing your personal information in the "my account area" of the web site.

The "My Account" link is found in the upper right part of the screen on most pages throughout the web site.

To change your password:

  1. Click on the link to "Edit" your personal information.
  2. Enter your current password in the box provided. If you have not already changed your password, this will be the one that you established when you first joined. YOUR PASSWORD IS CASE SENSITIVE SO BE CAREFUL TO ENTER UPPER AND LOWER CASE LETTERS EXACTLY AS THEY APPEAR IN THE EMAIL. It may be easiest to simply copy the password from your email into the box.
  3. Enter the new password that you would like to use in the box provided.
  4. Enter the new password again in the second box provided. This helps prevent typographical mistakes.
  5. Click on the button to "Accept changes and return to member area."

Your new password is now stored in your secure database area and is effective immediately. To test it simply log out and sign in again with your new password.

How can I find out what my password is?

For security reasons, your password is never displayed in the web site. You can have your password emailed to you by visiting the login page (a link is found on most pages in the reservation center) and clicking on the link that says "forgot your password?"

I joined as a new member but never got my password.

Our software automatically emails an activation link to every new member who joins. This is a security precaution to prevent identity fraud.

If you joined as a new member but did not receive an activation link in the mail the most likely reason is that you made a typographical mistake when entering your email address, which would cause the password to be mailed to an email address that you do not use. To test this possibility attempt to join again, taking care to use your correct email address. If you have already joined using that email address you will not be allowed to join again. In that case, follow the instructions above to have your password emailed to you. If you are allowed to join again, you probably entered an incorrect email address on your previous attempt. You will receive a new activation email when you finish joining under your correct email address.

What If I can't remember my login name?

You must know your login name to login to the web site. Your login name is your email address. If you have more than one email address, try them all.

Can I change my login name?

Yes. Click on "My Account" and edit your personal information.
